QUALIFICATIONS:
Current faculty member within the high school counseling department Experience with overseeing dual enrollment/early college Experience supporting students with postsecondary planning Ability to foster positive working relationships with colleagues and families Ability to coordinate with members of the school community to organize activities and eventsGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate the advertising and marketing of the Early College program to MHS students and families Register students for the program and assist in selecting courses/pathways Prepare annual Early College report Attend and represent the district at all meetings required of Early College partners Collaborate regularly with UML partners, district and building leadership, teachers, students, and families Oversee all MPS staff assigned to the program, including tutoring and related support Purchase supplies and materials as needed, and prepare timesheets for program staff Attend to all other duties associated with the Early College programCOMPENSATION:
