Location: York, PA

Pay Rate: $27.50 - $33.00 per hour

Additional Compensation: $5,000 stay bonus (9 months)

Benefits: 100% covered benefits (valued at $5-$6/hr)

Shift: 3:30 pm - 12 am

Job Duties:

• Hands-on experience with stamping dies, preferably high-speed progressive dies
• Strong understanding of die construction, wear patterns, and failure points
• Ability to read prints and use precision measuring tools
• Experience working independently in a tool room or die assembly environment
• Perform hands-on maintenance, repair, and rebuilds of stamping dies
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble tooling components
• Troubleshoot die issues during scheduled maintenance and press breakdowns
• Restore tooling to production readiness quickly and efficiently
• Keeping tools running reliably and efficiently so that production stays on track

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical school degree a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
