Finance Attorney

Latitude is working with a top real estate boutique law firm that is looking to add a finance or lending attorney with some experience in the commercial real estate space to join their firm. This is a rare opportunity to join a collegial and collaborative group of attorneys, have a very sophisticated practice, but with actual work‑life balance and a reasonable billable hours schedule. Basic Requirements 5+ years of experience with finance/lending matters Recent experience practicing in the corporate group of an AmLaw200 law firm is strongly preferred Excellent academic credentials Licensed to practice law in Tennessee and in good standing Outstanding references required Position Details Type of role: Engagement or Direct Hire/Permanent Schedule: Full-time (some flexibility may be available) Location: Nashville, TN Compensation Pay: The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 (plus bonus) or similar if starting on engagement. Pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials. Benefits: A competitive benefits package is also provided in addition to pay.
