Wholesaler Synergy: Lead ride‑alongs with wholesaler reps. You are the product expert; they are the logistics experts. You will support their team on how to pitch All Día. Liquid to Lips: Manage and execute high‑impact tastings and events. You own the setup, the “Hook,” and the critical follow‑up to secure the re‑order. CRM Discipline: 100 % daily logging of all account activity, using data to refine our 2026 launch strategy and track “Bounty” performance. Required Qualifications 2+ years in beverage sales (Spirits/RTD/Craft Beer preferred). Knowledge of the Texas TABC landscape. Hustle‑first mindset: A self‑starter who thrives on “the hunt” and is comfortable being the first sales hire in a fast‑paced startup environment. Ability to lift/carry 40 lb cases on a repetitive basis. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for daily market travel.
