Job Description

We are looking for future managers! Do you want to manage your future?

We need leaders to grow and you're looking for someone to lead.

Join us and we'll spend your first 6 weeks teaching you the Domino's Way. Learn how to make our great products, deliver outstanding customer service, and lead a team.

Are you looking for more? Continue your training and learn how to run our business, grow your team, and develop your team. Within 6 months you can be THE leader, a General Manager earning $45K / year plus bonus. The better the results, the better and bigger the bonus!

You'll be working for a company that's fun and flexible. Not to mention, it's work experience you're going to use for a long time to come. You've had our pizza delivered to you, now help us be the best in pizza delivery. Go on, boss, show us what you've got. Apply now!

This is a full-time, hourly position, with overtime available. Oversee all aspects of the store. Haven't managed people before? Great, we will show you how to lead. Haven't made pizzas before? Great we'll teach you how to make an awesome pizza. You may be asked to help at other locations near to your chosen location.

This position is 5 days per week, most weekends.

You are accountable for everything that happens within your store. Whether People, Operations, Sales, or Profits. This includes ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example because your team will follow every example you give. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Qualifications

• Great positive attitude
• High Energy
• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently resides near the store location
