Recruiting Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Pflugerville, TX (Onsite Monday-Friday) Pay: $24 - $27 / hour Type: Contract-to-Hire Benefits: This role is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K Our client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and helping create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews, phone screens, and candidate meetings Support onboarding activities for new hires Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment process Maintain recruiting documentation and applicant tracking records Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding Qualifications 2+ years of Recruiting Coordinator experience Some exposure to HR processes and onboarding Experience scheduling interviews, phone screens, and candidate communications Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
