- Set up new client accounts and ensure product configurations are accurate
- Research, resolve, and document customer issues while escalating complex concerns as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage inquiries through a shared support queue while maintaining service standards
- Provide professional, customer-focused support in a fast-paced remote environment
- 3+ years of customer service, customer support, or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to retain and apply information
- Strong computer proficiency and technical aptitude
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work effectively within a remote team environment
- Comfortable receiving and applying constructive feedback
- Financial services, credit reporting, or related industry experience preferred
- Must be able to successfully complete required background and credit screening (no open Bankruptcies allowed)
- Ability to work full-time schedules between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Central following training hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central
