TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cottonwood, Arizona, 86326!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 Years Required License: Active, unrestricted RN License or valid participating compact license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Required Must-Have: Candidates must be open to floating where most needed. ICU/PCU experience preferred, but strong Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience will be considered. Description: Position requires a registered nurse to float between two units. Travelers must be flexible and open to floating where needed. The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. Patient ratios are typically 1:4 or 1:5. Candidates with experience in medical-surgical and telemetry environments are preferred. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. Equipment used includes standard medical-surgical/telemetry tools. Lifts are available in almost all patient rooms. Responsibility includes adhering to quality and patient safety standards established by the facility. The focus is on delivering high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support includes various services to enhance patient care. Candidates should have skills in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, administering IVs, and telemetry monitoring. Travelers must be comfortable floating without restrictions based on skills and patient census needs. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the specified charting system. Candidates must be prepared to work during recognized holidays.
