Position: Family Assistant

Location: Miami, FL (with travel)

Schedule: Non-traditional hours, generally late morning through early evening

Compensation: DOE + Benefits + 401k

Living: Live-Out

Our client, an UHNW family, is seeking a proactive, energetic, and adaptable Family Assistant to support their dynamic lifestyle. This individual will divide their time between administrative support and being actively engaged with 3 school-aged children, offering guidance with homework, projects, and scheduling of day-to-day activities. The role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, working alongside other household staff to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general family support, including scheduling, coordination, and organizational tasks.
• Assist with managing school and extracurricular schedules, appointments, and related logistics.
• Engage with children in a thoughtful and interactive way, supporting learning and development.
• Travel as needed, particularly during the summer months.
• Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a smooth-running household.

Qualifications:

• Experience in childcare, education, or family support preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Confident, approachable, and able to command attention when needed.
• Flexible, hands-on, and comfortable with shifting priorities.
• Ability to travel frequently and maintain a “no task too big or small” mentality.
