Part-Time Private Family Assistant (Executive & Household Support) - Miami Beach, FL

A private family in Miami Beach is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Personal / Executive Assistant to support a busy household and family office needs. This role is best suited for someone with strong administrative skills who can manage calendars, book travel, coordinate appointments, handle errands, and assist with day-to-day personal and household tasks.

The home is a 2,000 sq. ft. luxury apartment. The household consists of a couple and their 15-month-old son. The family already employs a full-time nanny and part-time housekeeper, so childcare and housekeeping duties are secondary and only needed as backup support.

Schedule

Approximately 25 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including morning and/or afternoon hours. Opportunity for additional hours in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management using Outlook
• Schedule appointments and coordinate daily plans
• Book flights and travel arrangements
• Handle basic administrative tasks
• Provide light office support for the family business
• Manage Amazon orders and deliveries
• Run errands, including grocery shopping and returns
• Help keep the family's day-to-day schedule organized
• Manage household supplies and restocking
• Provide light tidying between housekeeper visits
• Assist with general household organization
• Support simple meal prep or light cooking approximately 2 days per week
• Provide occasional backup care for the toddler when the nanny is off

Requirements

• Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, family assistant, household assistant, or similar role
• Organized, proactive, and discreet
• Flexible and comfortable working in a private household
• Able to manage administrative responsibilities independently
• Comfortable around children, though this is not primarily a nanny role

Compensation & Benefits

$40 -$45 per hour, based on experience. Flexible work schedule with approximately 25 hours per week to start, with the potential for increased hours or a full-time role in the future.
