Compensation

Performance-Based Income — Earn up to $250,000 annually, depending on your performance, sales activity, and results.

Compensation:

$250,000+ Income Potential

Responsibilities:

• Promote and market off-market properties to a network of cash buyers through email, phone calls, text messaging, and social media.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors, house flippers, landlords, and other cash buyers.
• Manage, organize, and continuously expand the buyer database within the CRM.
• Coordinate property walkthroughs, inspections, and buyer showings.
• Negotiate pricing and deal terms to maximize assignment fees and overall profitability.
• Oversee transactions from contract execution through closing while coordinating closely with title companies, attorneys, and other parties involved.
• Monitor buyer activity, property status, and key performance metrics to ensure deals move efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the Acquisitions team to identify the best buyer for each property and facilitate successful closings.

Take full ownership of the dispositions process and play a critical role in converting signed contracts into profitable and successfully closed deals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in wholesale real estate, dispositions, real estate sales, or working directly with real estate investors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships with buyers and investors.
• Knowledge of the Richmond and Greater Virginia real estate market is a big plus.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and other software to keep track of leads, buyers, and deals.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and focused on hitting goals and getting results.
• Well-organized, professional, and able to stay on top of multiple deals and tasks while maintaining a high level of performance.
