Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with leads and identify new sales opportunities.
• Consult with buyers, sellers, and investors to understand goals and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage negotiations, contracts, and transaction documentation with accuracy and compliance.
• Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Analyze market trends, demographics, and property data to provide valuable insights.
• Host open houses, networking events, and client engagement activities.
• Stay informed on market conditions to deliver strategic advice and guidance.

Qualifications:

• Skilled in industry practices and lease language
• Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
• Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
• Proven negotiating and communication skills

• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Real Estate License.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to connect with and understand diverse client needs.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms.
• Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
