Roofing Technologies Unlimited (RTU) is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing sales team in Katy and the greater Houston area.

Founded in 2022 by brothers Joshua and Michael Keith, RTU is a locally owned roofing and solar company built on integrity, accountability, quality work, and treating customers like family.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct face-to-face neighborhood outreach
• Meet with homeowners throughout Katy and greater Houston
• Educate customers about roofing, storm damage, gutters, and solar solutions
• Identify potential roofing and exterior improvement needs
• Schedule complimentary property inspections
• Build relationships through honest, professional communication
• Follow up with homeowners and manage sales opportunities
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

This is a field-based position that includes door-to-door neighborhood outreach. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors and speaking directly with homeowners.
