Job Description : The Account Executive will be focused on a strategic sales plan to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth, including prospecting and qualifying inbound leads. The Account Executive will build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, specifically Chief People Officers, heads of recruiting, and culture, will be crucial, involving understanding their needs and offering solutions. The role is a hunter position, focusing on closing deals, but with an emphasis on maintaining a positive and consultative approach to find the best solution for the client. Requirements : 2-5+ years of sales experience selling to HR, People & Culture, Talent or similar decision makers within the Mid-Market to Enterprise Space Strong understanding of business needs, HR challenges, and experience with a consultative sales process. Ability to run the full sale cycle from prospecting through close, focusing on deals in the $10K–$50K+ range. Location: This is a remote sales position where candidates must be based in the United States.
