Product Owner - Legal / Entity Management (CR/506692) New York, New York A leading enterprise media organization is currently seeking a skilled Product Owner specializing in Entity Management to join their team. This position is based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, or the NYC office, with flexibility for remote work. About the Opportunity: Hybrid or Remote: Primarily remote but must be commutable to NJ/NYC offices as neededShift: Standard business hours
Hours: 40 hours per week
Setting: Corporate offices in the tristate area
Responsibilities: Owning the product roadmap and backlog for legal technology platforms such as Entity Management System, E-Billing Solutions, and Legal-Specific Timekeeping Tools
Collaborating with Legal Operations, Finance, and IT to gather and prioritize requirements
Ensuring legal timekeeping systems remain distinct and optimized for legal workflows
Managing vendor relationships and coordinating with external partners for system implementation and support
Leading agile ceremonies and ensuring timely delivery of enhancements and fixes
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in legal or enterprise systems
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field
Familiarity with legal operations tools such as entity management platforms (e.g., Diligent Entities, hCue)
Strong understanding of legal department workflows and compliance needs
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills: 7+ years of experience in product ownership or relevant field
Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO)
Experience with legal tech integrations and data governance
Familiarity with legal document management systems (e.g., iManage, NetDocuments)
Experience working with law firms or in-house legal departments
