Coordinates all bellman and driver activities. Assists in arranging transportation for guest. Controls bell desk and Lei issuing to guests.What You Will DoGreets guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo and offer Leis. Escorts guests to the front desk and introduce guest to the Front Desk Agent.Maintains detailed records of all luggage deliveries, guest room deliveries, amenity/wedding deliveries and all necessary back up.Assists Door attendant in retrieving valet tickets.What You BringOne to two years luxury hotel experience in luxury hotel environment, rooms division preferable.Reading, writing, and oral proficiency, communication skills, strong customer service.
