E-Billing SpecialistFully Remote Legal E-Billing Specialist | 80k-90k DOE + Bonus!We are seeking an experienced E-Billing Specialist to support the full billing lifecycle, including pre-bill review, invoice preparation, electronic billing submissions, appeals management, and ongoing invoice follow-up. This position partners closely with attorneys, finance professionals, and clients to ensure timely and accurate billing while maintaining compliance with client-specific billing guidelines and electronic billing requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 3-4 years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment. Candidates should have a solid understanding of general accounting principles related to billing, invoice adjustments, appeals, and accounts receivable processes, as well as experience interpreting and applying client billing agreements and outside counsel guidelines. Success in this role requires extensive experience with electronic billing platforms and billing vendors, proficiency with Aderant or comparable legal billing software, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications.
