• Support with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.

• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while abiding by regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Required Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Needed

• Either ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within your first year of employment.
• You are expected to keep your certification current throughout your tenure.
