At Beyond Wow Plumbing, you'll call homeowners who already know us, already had us in their home, and already need the work done. Your job is to reconnect, rebuild trust, answer the questions holding them back, and help them say yes — turning missed estimates into booked jobs and won revenue.

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the person who makes sure no opportunity slips through the cracks. You'll:

• Call homeowners with open, unsold estimates and close them over the phone
• Rebuild rapport and trust with customers who've already met our team
• Uncover the real reasons a job didn't move forward and solve them
• Educate homeowners on their options and guide them to the right decision
• Follow up consistently and persistently until you get a yes or a firm no
• Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Work leads that didn't sell in the field and turn them into booked revenue
• Keep our CRM accurate with complete notes, next steps, and follow-up dates
• Coordinate with the field team and dispatch to schedule the work
• Get customers excited about Beyond Wow and generate referrals

Requirements

• A track record of success in sales (any industry — phone sales a plus)
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Comfort and confidence on the phone
• Coachability and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline
• Ability to stay positive and persistent through a full call volume
• ServiceTitan experience a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule & Location

• Schedule 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon–Fri
• In-office at our Taylor, TX office
