Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices for payment. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: * The requirements listed below are representative of the essential duties required: * Voucher and process 3-way match invoices. * Code and Voucher Non-PO invoices from vendors. * Assist in weekly check runs. * Assist in weekly wire payment processing. * Process credit memos received from vendors. * Maintain vendor prepayment detail. * Resolve issues with vendors. * Review expense reimbursement requests for allowable and unallowable costs for proper recordation. * Other duties as required. LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY: * Employee works under general supervision. * Employee makes decisions within clearly prescribed areas referring matters that fall outside that area to others. * Employee recommends actions and alternatives to supervisor and others. * Supervisory responsibilities: none
