Job Description Job Description Accounts Payable Administrator Worcester, MA $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Full-Time | Permanent Position Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our accounting team in Worcester, MA. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, this position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payment administration, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This is a fully onsite position offering long-term stability and the opportunity to become a key contributor within a growing organization. Responsibilities * Process and voucher vendor invoices using 3-way matching procedures * Code and voucher non-PO invoices * Assist with weekly check runs and wire payment processing * Process vendor credit memos * Maintain vendor prepayment records and documentation * Research and resolve vendor payment issues * Review employee expense reimbursement requests for accuracy and compliance * Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation * Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as needed Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience * 5-7 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage confidential financial information * Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy work ethic * Comfortable working with ERP systems, accounting software, email, and data entry functions * Strong communication and problem-solving skills Work Environment * Professional office environment * Fully onsite Monday through Friday * Primarily desk and computer-based work * Some areas of the facility may not be climate controlled Additional Information * Reports directly to the Accounting Manager * Position is open due to an internal promotion opportunity * Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship * Background check required * THC is not a disqualifying factor If you're an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a collaborative accounting team, we'd love to hear from you.
