Project Manager - Construction
Employment Resource Group
Primary Responsibilities: Maintains and develops client relationships. Plans, implements, and manages projects through to completion. Develops and manages project construction schedules. Manages project tracking and reporting. Develops and maintains vendor relationships. Develop scope letters and project bid packages. Conducts site visits. Facilitates owner, architect, and contractor meetings. Produces detailed construction estimates. Manages contracts and purchase orders. Manages material procurement, field labor, and subcontractors. Manages requests for information (RFI) and submittals. Manages project closeout process. Conduct value engineering analysis. Creates high-level project budgets. Necessary Qualifications & Skills: Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or industry-related program. Minimum of 5 years of construction-related experience.
