Sterling Park Senior Living has the opportunity to welcome an Interim Staffing Coordinator to cover for a leave in our community! Our Staffing Coordinators promote a stable workforce through their expert coordination of scheduling and staffing. JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

• Full Time 8-430pm
• Reception/Medical Records/Staffing
• Temporary assignment for 8-10 weeks

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Staffing Coordinator supporting the nursing department, you will prepare, adjust, and maintain schedules. You will be responsible for managing time records, time off requests, and provide reports/data, as needed, in accordance with parameters set by the Director of Nursing and state and federal guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior administrative experience, such as scheduling, is beneficial for this role
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and team members
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
