This position operates in a flexible remote setting, allowing our LCSWs to work from home while remaining connected to our dedicated team. As part of our detox center facility, you will engage in a supportive virtual workplace equipped with the resources and tools necessary for providing exceptional care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their individual needs and developmental trajectories.

• Collaborate with families to participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), recommending strategies and interventions based on identified needs.
\n
• Monitor and assess the outcomes of implemented plans, remaining an active member of the multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Provide guidance, resources, and strategies to families designed to support and enhance their child's development in natural settings.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adapt approaches to suit various learning styles and the unique needs of each child.
\n
• Communicate effectively with all team members and families to foster partnerships that support the child's development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations governing mental health services.

• Engage in professional development opportunities to continually refine therapeutic skills and knowledge, contributing to the overall growth of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. Our services aim to help these young children acquire critical skills during their formative years. By working closely with families, the LCSW plays a crucial role in enhancing children’s physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication competencies, ensuring they have the best possible start in life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure by the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
