You’ll combine strong IAM expertise with service ownership, technical problem-solving and customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end Identity Services capability, including SLAs, risks, incidents and continual improvementProvide technical leadership across Microsoft Entra ID, One Identity PAM, MIM, Active Directory, PKI and cloud identityLead complex technical escalations, major incidents and identity-related risksSupport architects and project teams with technical guidance and solution inputOversee identity lifecycle management, JML, provisioning, access governance and RBACDrive privileged access, service accounts, non-human identities and access reviewsSupport Entra ID capabilities including MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, B2B, SSO and federationProvide oversight of identity security, including Semperis DSP, Defender for Identity and related controlsEngage directly with customers on service performance, risks, priorities and roadmapDrive automation, service maturity and continual improvementAbout YouYou’ll have:Strong enterprise IAM/Identity Services experience in a complex operational or managed services environmentHands-on experience with several IAM technologies such as Entra ID, Active Directory, PAM, MIM or IGA platformsStrong understanding of JML, privileged access, RBAC, SSO/federation and identity governanceExperience managing incidents, risks, SLAs and service improvementExcellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skillsAbility to provide technical direction and coordinate specialists without formal people-management responsibilityUnderstanding of Essential Eight, Zero Trust and identity securityDesirableExperience with Semperis DSP, Venafi, Password Manager Pro, Microsoft Defender for Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, ServiceNow IAM or PowerShell will be highly regarded.Our culture and benefitsDXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
