Building SecretaryGeneral description of position Qualifications: High School diploma, proficiency in data entry and use of Microsoft Office software, pleasant personality, good communication skills, working knowledge of basic office procedures, ability to learn new software products. Reports to: Building Principal/Assistant Principal Performance responsibilities: data entry, student activity accounts, purchase order approval, deposits, demographic data maintenance, website updates, receptionist duties, building file maintenance, health services assistance, substitute teacher arrangements, record submission, mail sorting, parent/teacher conference scheduling, student registration, teacher attendance records, fee collection, parent communication, student supervision, public relations, other duties as assigned. Terms of employment: Nine month contract and as needed in the summer. Evaluation: Annually. Compensation: Based on the Plano CUSD 88 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
