As a Sales Associate, you'll become a key part of a growing wellness brand while helping clients take meaningful steps toward their health and wellness goals. You'll have the opportunity to use your sales experience in a positive, relationship-focused environment where success is measured not only by what you sell, but by the relationships you build and the experience you provide.Drive membership sales by educating guests on the benefits and value of practitioner-assisted stretching.Build relationships with prospective and current members and confidently guide them through the membership process.Meet and exceed sales goals through strong communication, follow-up, and consistent prospecting.Follow up with leads and prospects to generate appointments and new membership opportunities.Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and addressing member questions and concerns.Support member retention through outstanding service, consistent communication, and meaningful relationships.Promote additional sessions and services when appropriate.Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic studio environment.Work collaboratively with the team to help drive overall studio success.Sales experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable initiating conversations, identifying customer needs, overcoming objections, asking for the sale, and working toward measurable goals.
