Machine Operator / Assembler

Job Title
Location: Minnetonka, MN / Plymouth, MN
Responsibilities:
- Assemble small and delicate medical device components.
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production documentation.
- Work safely and maintain a clean work area.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or related experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with small components.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements (Due to the nature of the job):
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly work.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Good vision for detailed work; microscope work may be required depending on the assigned workstation.
