Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.10 / Hour Job Schedule Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thu 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial office location. Monitor front desk activity, manage access control procedures, verify visitor information, and communicate with building personnel regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or unusual activity. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols. Answer questions, provide directions, and support lobby operations while helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence and consistent application of post orders. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
