Our agency has been proudly serving the community for over 10 years. We're a small but driven team of four, and we're known for offering one of the most competitive commission structures in the area. Based in the Ohio Valley, our office is licensed in West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, and were passionate about helping our customers find the right coverage for their needs. Our agency owner is deeply rooted in the communityan active member of the Weirton Rotary Club, Jefferson and Hancock Sportsman Clubs, and the Steubenville Masonic Lodge. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his family. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, a supportive team environment, and a commitment to doing whats right for our clients. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Eric Waggoner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
