Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialty pharmacy is seeking a part-time staff pharmacist for a 4-week assignment in Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania, with the possibility of extension. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with an alternative option of Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position requires experience with the Pioneer Rx software system and offers valuable exposure within a specialty pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities:

• Process and bill prescriptions promptly upon arrival.
• Perform prescription verification for all billed prescriptions daily.
• Support pharmacy technicians by organizing inventory and assisting in patient communications for home delivery scheduling.
• Prepare and fill medications as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a pharmacist in retail or specialty pharmacy environments.
• Proven proficiency with Pioneer Rx software.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy is preferred but not mandatory.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., or
• Monday through Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (alternative schedule).
