Position Overview: We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Servers with a strong work ethic, genuine hospitality, and an endless curiosity to learn and grow with our restaurant. The ideal candidate is well-rounded within the restaurant industry and understands that exceptional service goes beyond taking orders—it is about nurturing the guest experience from beginning to end. We are looking for individuals who are confident, attentive, and able to anticipate guest needs while creating a warm and memorable experience. Wine knowledge is preferred, along with an interest in and willingness to learn about makgeolli, soju, and other Korean distilled and traditional beverages. A strong foundation in food and beverage, as well as a desire to continually develop your knowledge, is highly valued. This position reports to the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Beverage Manager and works closely with the entire front-of-house team to maintain our standards of hospitality and service.

Desired Qualifications: Qualified Server must work well with others, have a sense of urgency, and enjoy creating a collaborative working environment that allows our whole team to grow and learn together.

• 1+ year of experience as a server in a fast-paced, well-rated restaurant
• Ability to multitask effectively while providing exceptional service to guests
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Full availability, including weekends and evenings
• Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 15lbs if necessary
• Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment
• Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant
