$75,000 - $85,000 base + up to 5% commission + full benefits

Client: A well-established commercial roofing contractor operating in the Midwest. Known for a strong commitment to safety, continuous employee development, and maintaining high standards of excellence on every project, they have built a solid reputation over the last decade by prioritizing client satisfaction and delivering high-quality commercial exterior solutions.

Job Info: Work closely with the commercial sales division to identify and pursue new bid opportunities. You will be responsible for performing detailed site visits and take-offs from prints, preparing competitive budgets, proposals, and bid packages, and collaborating with suppliers for accurate pricing. Once projects are awarded, you will support project success by finalizing purchase orders, work orders, and accounting budgets.

Requirements:

3 years+ in commercial roofing estimation
Competent in using industry-standard estimating platforms like Xactimate, The Edge, or similar software
Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple bids simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., AccuLynx) is highly advantageous
