Housekeeper Opportunity in Larchmont, NYA private family in Larchmont, NY is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support the upkeep and daily operations of their 6,000-square-foot home. The ideal candidate is energetic, takes initiative, and takes pride in maintaining a well-organized and welcoming household. This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who can work independently, anticipate needs, and provide exceptional household support.Responsibilities:Perform detailed housekeeping and maintain the cleanliness of the residenceManage household laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizingMaintain organization throughout the home and ensure household spaces are tidy and functionalRun local household errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, returns, and other tasksMonitor household needs and proactively communicate maintenance or supply requirementsCoordinate and oversee household vendors, service providers, and contractors as neededObtain vendor quotes, schedule appointments, and relay information to the family when requestedAssist with preparing the home for visiting family members and guestsQualifications:Strong attention to detail and commitment to high housekeeping standardsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiativeExcellent organizational and time-management skillsValid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for local errandsExperience coordinating vendors and household projects is a plusCompensation:$40 per hour, Flexible schedule of 30 - 40 hours per week, depending on candidate availability
