Field Service Electrical Technician

Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $27.88–$39.40/hour + 15% travel premium for all eligible travel and client-site hours

We're looking for a skilled Field Service Electrical Technician to install, troubleshoot, and service industrial electrical systems at customer sites across the U.S. This role offers an exciting mix of travel (50–75%) and hands-on work in our manufacturing facility, where you'll help assemble and install industrial electrical equipment and control systems.

What You'll Do

Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Assemble electrical control panels, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution systems.
Install EMT conduit, wiring, and other electrical components.
Ensure all work meets OSHA and company safety standards.
Support manufacturing operations when not traveling.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience.
Strong knowledge of industrial wiring, power circuits, and electrical controls.
Experience installing and running EMT (Electrical Metallic Tubing) .
Ability to travel 50–75% throughout the U.S.
Ability to read electrical schematics and use standard electrical hand and power tools.
OSHA knowledge required; a valid U.S. passport is a plus.
