This position will be located onsite in our Agawam, MA branch.ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll help customers feel heard, supported, and confident in the solutions we provide. You'll guide them through scheduling, answer questions, and ensure they receive the exceptional service Waltham is known for. You'll work closely with our branch teams, helping keep operations running smoothly and creating a positive experience from start to finish.What You'll Be DoingDeliver exceptional support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring every interaction reflects Waltham's commitment to serviceBuild and manage daily schedules to keep tasks, projects, and service appointments running smoothlyAssist with Accounts Receivable and Collections by updating account activity and supporting follow-up effortsProactively communicate with customers, providing timely updates, answers, and follow-throughStay informed on our services and solutions so you can confidently share accurate informationMaintain detailed and organized records using customer service software and internal systemsRespond to inbound leads and referrals to help drive new business opportunitiesPartner with management to establish expectations, meet deadlines, and support branch goalsCoordinate service routes to maximize technician efficiency and ensure a seamless customer experienceSupport the onboarding of new team members by assisting with training when neededDemonstrate strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a customer-focused professional who brings patience, accountability, and a genuine desire to help others.
