Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and social media channels while delivering exceptional customer service. Troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate resolutions with Operations, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Maintain accurate customer records and document all customer interactions within Salesforce CRM. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and support customer retention efforts. Process purchase orders, generate invoices, and coordinate product sample requests accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer requests and operational challenges. Generate quotes, process sales orders, and manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle. Support marketing initiatives by responding to and following up on inbound leads. Recommend products and services that align with customer needs and business objectives. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction, service, and sales performance goals. Desired Background/Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships. Customer service experience in an office, administrative, or professional environment preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Comfortable using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and account information. Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Sales-minded with a passion for helping customers succeed and identifying opportunities to provide value.
