Clinic Supervisor Clinic Supervisor - RIA Endovascular Windsor | Windsor, CO Reporting to Clinic Manager - RIA Endovascular Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is comprised of over 120 radiologists. All with exceptional skill and expertise, most are fellowship-trained in their field of specialty for additional certification. We are dedicated to accurate and efficient patient diagnosis no matter their condition. Our interventional radiologists perform some of the most leading-edge treatments available today. We partner with primary care physicians and hospitals across Colorado and Hawaii to provide a resource for both patients and physicians. Position Summary: The Endovascular Clinic Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations and staff at the Windsor site. Under the guidance of the Endovascular Clinic Manager, this role ensures a high-quality patient experience, efficient workflows, and alignment with clinical and business goals. The Supervisor serves as the on-site leader for operations, registration, and support services, collaborating closely with providers and corporate departments to support clinic success. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for an experienced healthcare professional who can balance people management, patient experience, and operational execution in a fast-paced outpatient specialty setting. Key Responsibilities Staff Supervision & Development Supervise all staff, including front desk, registration, and clinical support roles Lead orientation, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. Mentor team members and support professional development. Set clear goals and expectations, and manage performance improvement and disciplinary actions when needed. Clinic Operations & Patient Experience Monitor daily workflows and address bottlenecks to ensure timely, high-quality patient care. Ensure schedules are optimized for volume and provider availability. Serve as a liaison between staff and leadership. Handle patient concerns and service recovery, escalating when necessary. Workflow & Compliance Support Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures. Support the use of standard documentation and billing workflows. Monitor compliance with safety protocols and facility maintenance needs. Coordinate building or equipment service calls and resolve minor operational issues. Financial & Performance Awareness Support front-end financial workflows, including authorization and collections processes. Monitor clinic performance metrics such as volume, throughput, and patient satisfaction. Assist the Clinic Manager with vendor coordination and supply management. Provide input on volume projections and participate in cost-containment efforts. Communication & Collaboration Act as the first point of contact for site-level communication across departments. Partner with providers to support workflow and clinical productivity. Ensure timely and effective communication of initiatives and process changes. Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: 3+ years of healthcare experience, ideally in outpatient or procedural settings. Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands. Proficiency with EHRs and Microsoft Office products. Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field. Experience in interventional radiology, vascular surgery, or related specialty. Understanding of revenue cycle processes, insurance authorization, and patient financial counseling. Compensation: Salary range is $60,000 $90,000 annually, depending on experience. In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associate's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will receive applications on an ongoing basis and will remain open until filled.
