Lead Mechanical Engineer

Job Description Responsibilities
- The Lead Mechanical Engineer will be defining the mechanical scope and deliverables for each project phase, including FEL-2 scope development and FEL-3/FEED equipment specifications supporting cost estimates.
- Establishing the applicable codes, standards, and design requirements while ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and company requirements.
- Specifying static and rotating equipment for the required service, including selection of appropriate materials of construction.
- Reviewing and approving specifications, datasheets, calculations, drawings, models, and other deliverables prepared by engineering partners and equipment vendors.
- Relocation provided.
- The Lead Mechanical Engineer will have a BSME and 7+ years of relevant experience, including demonstrated experience leading the mechanical discipline within the chemical or petrochemical manufacturing industry.
- 5+ Years Project Engineering experience.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
