Marketing Representative

Make a difference. As a Marketing Representative, you will provide high-level administrative support while assisting with the planning, implementation, and execution of the company's sales and marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key resource in supporting executive leadership, coordinating communications and projects, and contributing to marketing and sales-related activities. In this role you will: Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, travel coordination, and record management. Support sales and marketing initiatives through event coordination, promotional materials, market research, and reporting. Analyze data and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support business objectives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidential information and supporting strategic projects. What you bring to the table: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in administrative support, sales support, marketing, or a related business function. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business applications. Four-year degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field, preferred. Executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders. Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business operations. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Shift and Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Compensation Details: The expected rate of pay for this position is $28.00 per hour - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience.
