About the Role As a Membership Sales Leader , you’ll inspire new memberships, support existing members, and help lead the daily operations of the club. You’ll connect with prospective members, guide tours, and close sales while also supporting the front‑line team with service, problem solving, and smooth club operations. You’ll ensure every member and guest feels welcomed, informed, and excited to be part of our community. Responsibilities Lead membership sales efforts by engaging with prospects, conducting club tours, and closing new memberships. Support the front‑line team in daily operations, service delivery, and problem resolution. Create a welcoming environment for members and guests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with club management to maintain operational efficiency and achieve sales targets. Represent the club’s values of community and connection in all interactions.
