Position Overview

Forge Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to support housekeeping operations at our Hilton Garden Inn. This role assists the Executive Housekeeper in supervising daily operations, leading housekeeping staff, and ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness and quality standards.

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest room and public area cleaning.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards.
• Assist with training, coaching, and scheduling housekeeping team members.
• Provide daily assignments and ensure productivity goals are met.
• Support service recovery and respond to housekeepingrelated guest concerns.
• Monitor and maintain linen, supply, and equipment inventories.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, OSHA, and chemical handling standards.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to support efficient room turns.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality supervisory experience preferred.
• Hotel housekeeping experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support housekeeping team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
