Valley City Linen is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, team player to join our team as a Receptionist and Customer Service Representative. Duties and Responsibilities Answering phone calls, problem solving and distributing them to the appropriate departments as warranted Placing orders accurately and efficiently using our software Assisting with employee onboardings - in English and Spanish Processing payments Assisting with collections Special projects assigned by supervisor Qualifications/Skills The ideal candidate will be reliable, with a positive attitude and great attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred Working knowledge of office equipment 401(k) matching Life insurance Vision insurance Language: Spanish (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
