We're looking for a Beverage Manager for our Rosemary's Brand!

Rosemary's is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our beverage program. If you have a love for Italian cuisine, exceptional wines, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.

As Beverage Manager, you'll work closely with restaurant leadership and our Corporate Beverage Director to oversee all aspects of the beverage program while leading, coaching, and inspiring our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and is committed to delivering outstanding hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day execution of Rosemary's beverage program, including wine, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings.
• Train, mentor, and coach the bar and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and beverage tastings to build product knowledge and confidence.
• Partner with restaurant leadership to maintain service standards, beverage quality, and operational excellence.
• Manage beverage ordering, inventory, cost controls, and vendor relationships.
• Support daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing duties, scheduling, payroll, and compliance with company policies and NYC regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of wine and beverages; Italian wine knowledge is a plus.
• A passion for hospitality, food, and continuous learning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
