Salary: $50,000–$62,000, depending on experience Office Services Specialist 2+ years of experience required Operations‑focused role supporting facilities, mail services, reprographics, records management, conference center coordination, inventory management, hospitality services, and other office operations. Ideal candidates are highly organized, customer‑service oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced professional environment. Office & Client Services Assistant 1+ years of experience required Client‑facing role supporting reception, hospitality services, conference room coordination, administrative tasks, mail distribution, and day‑to‑day office operations. Ideal candidates are professional, proactive, and committed to providing an exceptional experience for clients, attorneys, and staff. Qualifications Qualified candidates will have experience in a law firm or other service‑oriented environment, strong communication and organizational skills, and a team‑first mindset. BA/BS highly preferred.
