Client Services Specialist

Job Title: Client Services Specialist JANUS et Cie, a reputable, design-focused leader in the furniture industry, is seeking detailed individuals to work as a Client Services Specialist to support our Sales Reps in managing all sales accounts within their territory. This position is based in Santa Fe Springs, CA, and is office-based from Monday to Friday. Compensation Base pay range: $22.00/yr - $24.00/yr, depending on experience. Hourly range: $22-$24 HR DOE. Responsibilities Build and maintain effective relationships with sales teams, vendors, clients, and end-users. Partner with assigned sales reps to manage daily account activities. Process and manage complex orders. Handle invoicing, payment collection, and shipment releases. Respond to inquiries regarding order status and changes. Maintain thorough knowledge of product lines to assist clients. Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and payments. Perform other duties as assigned. Candidate Profile Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and prioritization skills. Good judgment and decision-making abilities affecting customer needs. Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and clients. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure. Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
