Client Service Specialist (Property Owner Relations)

## **Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly professional and relationship-driven Client Service Specialist (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact for property owners throughout the leasing process.

This role is responsible for providing weekly performance updates, analyzing leasing activity, recommending pricing and marketing strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with U.S.-based clients, comfortable analyzing performance data, and capable of delivering strategic recommendations that improve leasing results.

## **Key Responsibilities**

### **Client Relationship Management**

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned property owners.
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
* Ensure clients receive timely updates regarding leasing activity and property performance.
* Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.

### **Weekly Owner Performance Calls**

* Schedule and conduct weekly performance review calls with property owners.
* Present key leasing metrics and market insights.
* Discuss:
* Lead volume
* Showing activity
* Prospect feedback
* Days on market
* Market comparisons
* Pricing competitiveness
* Provide clear recommendations to improve leasing performance.
* Document all owner decisions and follow-up actions.

### **Leasing Performance Analysis**

* Monitor property performance daily.
* Review:
* Lead generation metrics
* Showing activity
* Application activity
* Market trends
* Competitive rental pricing
* Identify properties requiring pricing adjustments or marketing improvements.
* Recommend actionable strategies to improve leasing outcomes.

### **Listing & Owner Coordination**

* Coordinate with Marketing, Leasing, and Operations teams.
* Ensure listings are removed promptly when owners lease units independently.
* Track and document all client communications and operational updates.
* Follow up on owner-approved action items.

### **Administrative & Reporting**

* Maintain detailed records within Airtable and company systems.
* Prepare owner summaries, reports, and call notes.
* Track client requests, recommendations, and completed actions.
* Ensure all communication is documented accurately and professionally.

## **Requirements**

### **Experience**

* Previous experience in account management, customer success, client services, property management, leasing, or real estate preferred.
* Experience working directly with U.S.-based clients is highly preferred.
* Real estate or property management experience is a strong advantage.

### **Technical Requirements**

* Computer with webcam and noise-canceling headset.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet).
* Experience with Airtable, Zillow, ShowMojo, CRM systems, or property management software preferred.
