Program Manager at Zantech. Remote based out of Camp Springs, MD. This role provides overall leadership and coordination for SharePoint Online ECN/USCIS Connect support services, ensuring successful delivery of all requirements while serving as the primary contractor interface with USCIS stakeholders. Responsibilities Program Technical Support Overall program oversight and coordination Primary interface with Government OIT‑PM, COR, and CO Agile methodology implementation Serve as primary contractor interface with USCIS Oversee program performance, personnel, financials and reporting Ensure adherence to Agile methodology activities Manage transition‑in and transition‑out activities Coordinate meeting logistics and team communication Required Experience or Knowledge Minimum 5 years program management experience in IT development environments with Agile methodology experience required. Required Certifications / Education Relevant education in Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred Microsoft Project management certifications preferred Required Security Clearance US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust or higher clearance, per contract requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr Zantech
