About the Opportunity

Paramount Staffing is hiring a Contact Center Representative to support a well-established organization specializing in retirement and pension benefits.

This is an excellent opportunity for customer service professionals who enjoy helping others, explaining detailed information in a clear and compassionate way, and working in a professional office environment. You'll assist members by answering questions about retirement and pension plans while delivering exceptional customer service over the phone.

This position offers long-term career potential with the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee after successful completion of the contract period.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls regarding retirement and pension benefits
• Explain benefit information in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner
• Provide outstanding customer service while assisting an older member population
• Research customer questions and provide accurate information
• Document interactions accurately and thoroughly
• Learn company policies, retirement plans, and internal systems
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Meet attendance and performance expectations

Qualifications

Required

• 1-2 years of recent inbound contact center or customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Clear, professional phone presence
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to learn detailed retirement and pension information
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• High-volume call center experience is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an Associate degree with relevant experience, or a High School diploma/GED with significant professional experience

Requirements

• Background check required
• 7-panel drug screen required
• Professional interview attire is required throughout the interview process
• Candidates must successfully complete a phone screen, onsite assessment, in-person interview, and final virtual interview
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential. Candidates who are late to interviews or their first day of work will not be considered.
• Must be able to work onsite throughout the contract assignment.
• Candidates should disclose any pre-scheduled time off during the interview process.
