As a Clinical Manager you will lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations that improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers. Qualifications: Here’s what you need: Minimum 3 years of management consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients Minimum of 5 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications: Clinical background (RN, MD, PA) or significant experience working with clinical leaders Experience with prior authorization, or throughput optimization Exposure to EHR-enabled workflow redesign (e.g., Epic, Cerner) Ability to translate clinical strategy into operational execution About Accenture We work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
